Legs weren't sore today despite yesterday's run. However, on the intervals, I definitely felt like i was srength limited and not aerobically limited. I wasn't gasping for breath trying to keep going, could have gone harder if my legs would have gone harder. I tried to be steady and consistent effort each interval, but did take the 1st slightly easier. Had to stay out of the draft when with the group because my effort would drop too much
