misc fartleks
Woke up late and couldn't find my HR strap. I was doing the same time intervals as a ladder, but shuffled the order. This was the farthest I'd ever gotten while doing fartleks. My stomach started hurting roughly half way through the 2nd set of fartleks, though, so I cut it short and jogged easy back.
