Notes

Had to scrap the 18 w/ GMP run I had scheduled so I opted for a 22 miler instead. Ran the hilly 11 mile loop twice. Roads were snow covered, those that were plowed were slushy. Tough to get footing on the side streets. Pretty consistent pacing. AHR 150 (75%). No foot pain, legs were a bit tender in places.
