6 hill repeats. Even though it was very humid, the light rain cooled things off. It's been a long time since I went with only one recovery day between hard workouts. I felt stronger than i thought I would be. The only problem is my right hamstring cramped up on the 4th stride. That's when I said no more and called it a day. Good decision as the hamstring was sore on the warmdown.
