Kind of a fail - planned 4 x 1 mile with 1 min rest but effort level felt much harder than I thought - HR was in low end of 83-85% zone. Took a little more rest between 1-2 and 3-4, but really was struggling to break 7:30 for the last - oh well. Wiped out during warm up and wasn't until I got home noticed blood clotted on my leg - looking for excuses. Still got it in and now I'm ahead of the pace bunny. Ready for long run tomorrow.
