Progression to T pace. Pretty windy out. 25-30mph gusts. First mile with the wind: 6:15. 2nd mile half against the wind: 6:05. 3rd mile with the wind: 5:52. 4th mile against the wind hard core: 6:10. 5th mile half into the wind: 5:36. Let the pace dictate itself the last mile. It felt very effortless which was a total confidence booster given it was into the wind the majority of the mile. Felt like another mile sub 5:30 was easily doable.
Starting to think about what races I want to do next. Autumn trail series is over. There's got to be some decent races in the cities sometime soon
