Decided to run with the lead pack to 5k. Still got the perfect sweep at the Salomon Autumn Trail Series. 400 points and a new pair of Salomon Trail shoes. And a big ass cinnamon bun. Good tempo for today. Slippery as hell on some of the down hills though. Ended up cooling down with a guy who graduated and ran at Wash U in 2005.
