Notes
Longest run back from the marathon. Met up with Thies, Jack, Metzdorf, Reneau, and Ben. At an hour it was just Mike, Ben and I. Mike cut off at 90 and Ben and I rounded off the full 18. Felt really high energy throughout, despite the high humidity. Off to work unfortunately all Sunday.
