WU: Early warm-up with the milers, mostly Odin and Birch. 3 miles and then a little more indoors. Didn't feel great but then could relax as I still had 40min or something. I did lose track of time and needed a desperate bathroom break that thankfully didn't take much time. Still had time to do steeple drills.
CD: 4+ miles with Pollux and Drew (for the full thing) up Mink Farm. The steep hills felt rough, but made everything afterwards feel good.
