nice night for a mile...decided to sign up for this the night before....have not done much speed work at all for a long time, especially that of a mile long. splits at 1:33, 1:40, 1:33, 1:36...slight uphill to start around the bed, with a middle .5 slight downhill, and a slight uphill right at the end.....i stayed steady throughout. Goal was to run under 6:30, so I'm okay with results. Hannah Zilinske ran it in 6:07, Brad Garfinkel at 8:30, Mike Fasick at 6:54, Luke Hockensmith pushing his kid in baby carriage at 6:03 and saw a few others there as well. After the beer garden, Jarrod and Hannah Zilinske and Caryn and I ate at Cafe Brouges.
