Slippery terrain, lots of black ice, was a biatch getting traction. I kept getting stitches the whole run on both sides despite taking it easy today. Legs felt okay and IT band didn't seem to be a problem. Legs were really sore and tight yesterday morning though, may have taken it too hard on tues and weds.
