So I wasn't quite sure if I would have a lot of time to get a long run in tomorrow due to work and other things that I needed to get done. I was also behind on my workouts due to feeling tired from last weekend. I had a 40 minute workout at 6:15-6:20 and then a long run of 14-16 miles with 10 @ 6:40-6:55. Due to my time constraints tomorrow, I ended up doing the long run with the 10 miles faster than 6:40 (slowest was 6:36) including the last mile at 6:02 as a combo run.

I felt really good about this. I knew I wanted to get my long run in and this worked out so I combined the two and I feel really good about it. I'll try and do some tempo work tomorrow but if it isn't my day, at least I know I did this. That feels good.
