12 miles total with 20 min @ 5:50/mi (5:00 recovery) followed by 10 x 1:00 hard (1:00 recovery)
This went pretty well as we had some cooler weather. The splits look weird because I forgot to start my watch when I started the 20 minutes but I figured it out and ran for 20:01.76 and did 3.47 miles (5:46/mi). This one felt pretty good.
