Notes

Good workout. 3 x 1 mile at with 3:00 recovery. Felt really good for the first one but the wind was really tricky for the next two. Running well right now so I'm happy about that. There are two miles in the cool down that look really slow but I stopped to talk to some people and apparently didn't stop my watch.

Overall, a good day. I hope the weather cooperates on Sunday.
