Notes

Long run with 15 x 1:00 on/off at moderate effort.

This run felt good. I had one rep that was slow (#13) as we were basically running on ice and it was impossible to get traction. Some of the repeats had bad footing and it made it hard to stay fast. Overall, a solid run.
