Notes
Well this run was going to be similar to what I did over a week ago where I was supposed to warm up and then get 6 miles at 7:00-7:15 pace. I crushed it. The weather was about 70 and rainy and it just felt great. Once I started going, I felt good. I tried to slow down but it was hard and I kept putting in good mile after good mile on some rolling hills. I just went with it and I feel great about it today. This was a fantastic run for me. Now I just need 6:17/mi to feel this good.
