5-4-3-2-1:00 at 6:00-5:50-5:40-5:40-whatever is left (2:00 recovery)
I had a feeling I was going to run well when I ran a sub-7 mile warming up and I definitely did. There are some days that just feel hard and some days that feel good and this was one of the latter. On the first 5:00, it felt surprisingly easy and I didn't expect that before I started the run since my legs felt heavy from 2 12 hour days but I ran well as I was a bit fast on every part of this workout. I did finally feel the fatigue though after I was done and I felt like it would have been a struggle if I had any more hard work to do. Solid run for me today.
