Notes

10 mile hill run. I was a bit slow at first as I was out much later than usual but after about 4 miles, my legs started to wake up. I had a good group until 8.5 miles and then was pretty much on my own so I picked it up. I was surprised to run a sub-7 mile to finish and it felt good.
