This was a tough workout for me. I was unable to get on the track as I worked in the evening and I didn't want to run on the school track while they were there. I thought that would look bad. The 2K went really well and I crushed that. That felt good. After the first repeat though, I knew I was in for a long set of them. I guess three of them were only 2 seconds off but 3-5 were a bit slower. I don't really have a reason for that. Maybe I would have been able to get closer or nail the 77 part on the track but today was not my day.
