This run looks good but it did not feel good at all. I just felt lethargic and I think it is because I have worked a lot extra this summer and it is catching up, I haven't really had a break over the last two weekends and I think I had a little bit of an illness earlier this week that I am getting over. My legs just felt heavy and I had to stop about halfway through each mile repeat as I just felt crummy but I pushed on and got it done. I felt my best during the first four repeats but the last four made my legs feel really heavy. I did push through it though. I was due for a not so good run but I'll bounce back this weekend- I just need to get some more rest. No big deal. The humidity didn't help anything either.
