2 x 1 mile followed by 8x 0:30 on/1:00 recovery.
This felt alright. It wasn't my best run but it wasn't my worst. I was pretty tired from not sleeping well this week. My goal is to get some more sleep into the weekend to get ready for the 10 mile. I am still not breathing as well as I would like as this allergy season is still getting at me but that happens. I still feel great after the long run on Sunday and I am hoping to build on that.
