Notes
This was a good long run. It wasn't as hot as I expected and it was a little humid but we are still in a bad spot with the worst air quality that I've ever run in and that was hard to fight through. I ran well for the most part but I could tell I was tired from a few days of this bad air. I took it easy other than that and didn't do some moderate miles but this was a good effort considering the conditions. I'm happy with this.
