5 x 1 mile (2:00 recovery) going from 6:15, 6:05, 5:55, 5:45, 5:44 or faster.
This was a pretty tough workout. I felt great for the first two miles but then it started to get really tough. I started to feel pretty tired during the 5:55 mile (mostly from fighting a cold which is why I did this on Wednesday instead of Tuesday) and it got tougher after that. I didn't hit the pace goal on the fourth mile but I made up for it with a solid last mile. I felt exhausted afterwards (again, due to feeling sick) but I pushed through it.
Another good workout but I could have run better if I were feeling a little better. Hopefully I'll be better by Sunday.
