12 x 1:00 at a moderately hard pace (1:00 recovery)
This was my first workout in over 5 weeks and it felt good to get the legs moving. It was moderately fast but not as fast as I would have run prior to Tokyo. I felt much better than I thought I would so that is a good sign and all the intervals were at sub-6 pace, even though half of them were against the wind (20 mph).
