Notes
This was a tough but good workout. It was tough because it was 80 and humid. I was hoping for the weather I had on Saturday and Sunday but things will get easier coming up.

Overall, a pretty good run. I did have a little difficulty because I ate a big meal before hand and had to stop a few times to use the bathroom but overall, it was solid. My groin was pretty good but still isn't 100%. I think I'll feel even better after two more easy days and only one more day of work before my trip.
