I was not feeling well today so I moved the workout to tomorrow when I had a day off. This was the pee colored workout with 2 miles easy, 5 moderate (7-7:15/mi) and 1 easy. I guess I wanted to be done and ran a little faster than I planned. I got it done and was looking for a good night of sleep.
