Welcome back to training!
As expected, this was the shock my body needed. I actually felt pretty good through the first five repeats but the sixth one was tough and Rob ran a bit a head of me there. However, I hit all my times and I am pleased with that. In fact, we ended going a little faster than planned (mostly because Rob's watch didn't work properly and I was pacing).
I am glad it wasn't as bad as it could have been and I ran well. I have a good starting place and I can only improve from here.
