1200 @ 5:45/mi, 3:00 recovery, 10 x 150 m (2:00 recovery), 600 m hard.
This was Brian's workout and I joined him for that. I didn't expect to keep pace with him on the 150s and it didn't help that my right hamstring was very tight from lunges on Sunday but I ran this well. I thought I ran the 1200 and the 600 well but it wasn't until I uploaded this that I ran them all well, even though I was not 100% for the 150s. This was a heck of a speed workout.
