Notes
This was the 6 x 0:30 hard 2:30 float run with my hard at 5:27/mi and my float at 6:22-6:27. I was supposed to do six of these but I was feeling really good so I decided to go ahead and do eight of them and I still felt like I could have done more. I was just feeling it today. The 30 seconds of hard running didn't feel too tough today and the floats were much better than last week. I feel really good about this one.
