Notes

16 x 100 m hill run. This was a little shorter than I usually run on this hill because the bottom 15 m were slush and ice and I didn't want to run on that. That's why I ended up doing 16 instead of the 12-14 I was scheduled for. Pretty good run. I felt good during this one.
