I started this run knowing I had a workout but also knowing that my right hamstring still was feeling tight from Tuesday. I warmed up and put a few strides in there and it aggravated it. When I ran a little slower, it felt better. At this point, I didn't want to risk further aggravating my hamstring and just ran. It felt good until the very end (probably just fatigue in the heat) and I didn't feel like I did any damage to it. I actually ran faster than I thought I would today so that was nice. I think a few more easy days with work will help.
I did my usual strength training after this run but held back on the legs today. It's not worth an injury.
