25 minute Fartlek
This is one of the best workouts I've done. I felt terrible and was drained after a long day and two deaths at work. I didn't want to do this. I knew I would feel better afterwards. I got on the treadmill and set it at 8:00/mi to start and then did 25 minutes where I alternated between 8:00/mi and 6:18/mi (9.5 mi/hr). I just kept going and going and never slowed down. The more I ran, the better I felt and was able to forget about work.
My legs were really sore the next day but I felt good. Really good.
