The Pre workout but at 41-48 seconds.
If I did this in good weather, I think I could have crushed it. However, it was in the 80s and really humid and it made this so hard. I ran the 200s well for 2 miles but did stop for water twice because I was just dripping with sweat. It was such an awful day for running. Since I did that though, I took a lap recovery and then did 4 extra 200s a little harder with a half lap recovery. I just felt like I needed to do those since I felt a little bad about taking water breaks even though it was needed.
I got it done and I know I could crush this in fall weather.
