Notes
After some good weather, it was another hot and humid day but I ran well. The workout was:
1600 @ 5:45/mi, 200 m recovery, 1200 @ 5:35/mi, 200 m recovery, 800 @ 5:25/mi, 200 m recovery, 400 m hard (faster), 300 m recovery, 5 x 150 m hard (recover back)
This one went well even though the heat was back. I ran really well for each segment and took the recoveries slow due to the heat. I hit all my paces and finished with a sub 77 second 400, even though I was a bit disappointed with that one as I came through the 200 m around 37.5 seconds. Overall, a solid workout.
