15:00 at 6:17, 5:00 recovery then 8 x 0:45 (1:00 recovery) at 10K pace
As you can see, I went a little fast. I was feeling good and my legs had recovered so I just stayed where I was at. I tried to slow a little but I was in the zone and I just stuck with it. It really didn't start to hurt until my 6th repeat of the 8. I may have been going a little faster than 10K pace but either way, it still hurt. Overall though, it was a very solid run and I feel good about that.
