15 min @ 5:50-5:55/mi, 5:00 recovery, then 5 x 3:00 @ 5:40-5:45/mi (2:00 recovery)
This was a tough one with another hot and humid day. The 15 min tempo went ok until the last half mile and that was a bit tough but that is to be expected. Once I switched over to the repeats, I felt that the first two were tough- maybe just hitting those paces was hard. I finally got going on the third one and ran that pretty well. The fourth one was a little tough as I went up a small hill and I didn't quite hit the pace I wanted to but I made up for it on the last one. Overall, it was a tough run but it was a good run.
