15:00 @ 6:45/mi, 5:00 recovery, 10:00 @ 6:45/mi, 5:00 recovery, 5:00 @ whatever pace
I did this one alone but I was feeling good and ran this very well. I know I am running better on the days when the temperature is down and it was cool this morning and it helped. I ended up doing both the 15 and 10 minute intervals a bit faster than planned but it felt ok. Then I did the 5:00 minute segment at about 6:15/mi and that was pretty good considering that this segment was uphill. I think this shows I'm in a little better shape than I thought but I know that I'm not where I want to be and I won't have a PR at the 10 mile.
