This was Tuesday's workout thrown into a long run. 3 miles at GRP and then 10 x 2:00 at pace (supposed to be 5K) with 2:00 recovery. I was feeling really good since I hadn't run hard in a few days so the 3 miles at GRP ended up being 20 seconds faster than GRP (sometimes I do that when I am feeling good) and then the intervals varied depending on that particular 2:00 minutes of running (hills/wind). I thought it was a pretty good run and I am happy about it.
