Notes
I still wasn't feeling well today but I had to get my long run in a day early since I have to work on Friday and we have a family event in the evening. I was actually surprised at how well I finished after two days of workouts and still feeling a little sick. I pushed through it and ran well, finishing the last 5 miles with a 7:09-7:10 average. Even though I have 32 hours of work in the next three days, I feel like I can take it a little easier with the running this weekend after a tough three days. I expect to run even better next week when I am feeling good again. Solid run today.
