14 miles with 7 @ 6:40-6:55. Obviously, I went a little fast during those 7 miles. I was feeling really good and I wanted to push it. I did the first four miles on my own and then I met my team. I did a mile with Rob before taking off and coming back to meet him later. That is why the fifth mile is slower than the ones before and after.
I felt good today. This is how I want to feel at the end of a week.
