Christmas morning easy run with Alec. Ran to the hospital and looped back for a new route. Good recovery day. Hip felt great! Splits of 8:13-7:24-7:06-6:58-6:52-6:45-6:45-6:38. This entire run we were slipping everywhere. The roads were covered in a thin layer of water. Skipped Strides so we wouldn't die slipping. Core after. BHR after.
