Feeling some tightness in my Achilles on my left leg. I go to doc today about my toe.
Well the doc said it is called capsilitious? I guess its common. Just ice ball of foot when dine running, take an antiinflammitory and wear some goofy pad in my boot. It is snowing like crazy.
