Notes
The 800 was a disaster, probably my worst race ever. I ran 2:17.51, my slowest 800 ever. I was breathing hard and my legs were shot. My 400 split was 66 and I knew I was in trouble. I did these races for speed, though. I'm not running the 4x400 now, so I'll probably go out for some long, slow distance (LSD). I guess I have to be happy the way the day went. I ran 11 seconds faster than I thought I was going to in the 1,500 and only four seconds off my PR. Not bad for 14 out of 34 days running since the break. The 800? Well there is always next time.
