Ran Shumway in 1:03.35 at 7:04 pace (actually 7:32 pace when remeasuring it in San Diego), one mile to the track and back in 6:30 for a total of 10 miles at 7:00 pace (actually 7:26 pace). Felt pretty good today and ran relaxed by myself. It was a little chilly out and quite windy. Nice to run easy, although I feel I've run too easy of a week. Anyway, I am running the 1,500 and 800, and maybe the 4x400 this weekend in Hamilton. I hope to run under 4:12 in the 1,500, under 2:04 in the 800 and break 57 in the 400 split. I hope we have good weather.
