Did 4x320m, 30s, then 1min recovery+320m jog recovery, 4x320m, 30s, then 1 min + 320m jog recovery and finally 2x320m, 30s for a total of 10x320m.

So hard. Legs felt very heavy. Body tired from weights yesterday and just in general. Got through it with the extra repeat, but certainly not my fastest effort. I pretty much hate this intensive tempo workout, but know it is good for me so continue to do it. Heel about back to its normal craptastic state, swelling down from yesterday.
