Notes

The first 4 miles were pretty rough. Legs stiff from long bike yesterday and I felt a bit sick to my stomach from eating too many cookies and drinking a rum punch last night. Then things started to turn around, and I got into a groove. Feeling pretty good by the end. Probably should have extended it as I am 2 miles short of 50 this week. Need to motivate to do weights later so perhaps will jog a couple then.

Many hikers out this morning. Must have been the slightly cooler weather and fog that brought people out. Even saw several runners. It is supposed to be hot again later. People were smart to get out earlier.
