Easy run after a breakfast of water and coffee. Getting warm out there pretty early this morning. As long as it's not too hot until after 11 or so, i'll be quite happy.
The heat is pretty intense in the direct sunlight this morning. Think i'll be looking for the shady side of the street tomorrow.
Stretched out while watching Arrested Development. That "Ocean Walker" episode has the best ending ever!
