Easy again.
This is the one where the brain box came up with two ideas.
One is a racket that swaps long term parking tickets with sort term in order for people to pay little-to-nothing to park in a privet lot. This is probably illegal, and I won't be pursuing it.
The other idea involve a Ebook about Smurfs and . . .some other stuff.
