Notes

Easy yoga (via youtube). Felt good, easy, relaxing, stretch-ragious. Talked to my health advisor today, and yoga/meditation came up as an easy way to break up any stress/stay relaxed. I'm going to try get a couple sessions in this week. I always to like the stretching and relaxation!!
