After dinner and that meeting. I hadn't showered yet, and wanted to give it another try, on the road this time.
The PF has started feeling tender this last week or so. I'm back in the boot as often as possible. Probably will just dial it back further so that I don't lose the best method I have for dealing with stress/anxiety and lose my fucking mind.
